The videos above put a reading of the chapter depicting Harry’s discovery of the Mirror of Erised (from J.K. Rowling’s Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone) up against scenes from the film depicting that part of the story.

The key is to analyze the changes made in the adaptation, not just to identify the differences but to understand their impact on meaning and storytelling. Asking (and answering) why the changes were needed is the first step in analyzing the adaptation process.
